About WinWinLabs

At WinWinLabs, we run gamified product development competitions where startup teams bring a product to market. These teams are made up of professionals from various fields who unite around a mission to solve a problem. They go through an intensive five-week sprint cycle, including researching, ideating, product designing and developing, iterating, and finally presenting their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and pitch decks to industry judges, company recruiters, and hiring managers.

Your Role as a Volunteer WordPress Web Developer:

We're specifically seeking a talented WordPress Web Developer to provide invaluable assistance in the following key areas:

• Website Development & Maintenance: Assist in the development, design, and ongoing maintenance of our WordPress website. This includes creating new pages, updating content, and ensuring optimal site performance.

• Plugin Management: Research, install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality, user experience, and security.

• Theme Customization: Help customize our WordPress theme to align with our brand guidelines and improve the overall aesthetic and user interface.

• Technical SEO & Optimization: Implement best practices for on-page SEO within WordPress to improve search engine visibility. Assist with website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any website-related issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable online presence.
