Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to join our dynamic team at Sweetwater Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide evidence-based therapy services to our patients and clients, working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients and clients, using a variety of evidence-based modalities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating patient goals and outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for patients and clients
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, consultations, and treatment plans
Participate in case consultations and peer review to ensure best practices and quality care
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or DSW) from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts

Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based modalities
