Job Description
Our client, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative clinical team providing mental health assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LCSW who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered mental health care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
