Our goal with YA is to offer a team of highly qualified, technically excellent engineering and architectural professionals who work seamlessly together to service the needs of our clients in the model of an engineering cooperative.In This Role, You WillInvestigate damage to residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and concerns.Conduct thorough site visits to collect field data.Analyze collected data, environmental factors, and material properties to determine the cause and extent of distress.Write comprehensive technical reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.Assist in developing repair designs and ensuring coordination across disciplines, as needed.Manage project resources and deadlines effectively.Stay up to date on relevant building codes and regulations.Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.PE license required.4+ years of forensic engineering experience required.Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We OfferRemote workCareer growthCompetitive salariesMedical, Dental, and Vision401k matchFraudulent Recruitment AlertPlease be vigilant against fraudulent recruitment attempts.
