Buchanan is growing our Miami team and we're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join us as Entry-Level Recruiters.
We're a specialist recruitment firm working with leading law firms across the United States. You'll be trained to identify, engage and build relationships with attorneys, helping them navigate career opportunities with some of the country's top law firms.
This isn't an administrative recruitment role. You'll spend your time speaking with people, building relationships, developing your commercial skills and becoming a specialist in your market.

We're open to candidates already based in South Florida as well as those looking to relocate to Miami.
